Dr. Troyano is a Board-Certified Entomologist with Rentokil. Earning her Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, she is responsible for leading and supporting the development of Pest Service Specialist training for Rentokil. She has been a featured speaker at PestWorld, and frequently contributes as a pest control expert for national consumer publications such as Prevention, Women's Health, House Beautiful, and more.

Godfrey Nalyanya, Ph.D. is the Regional Technical Services Manager and Entomologist for Rentokil North America, overseeing several states in the Northeast U.S. As an expert in urban integrated pest management, Godfrey is responsible for maintaining and enhancing service quality through training. He also troubleshoots and resolves unique pest challenges in accounts, conducts quality assurance reviews, and performs new product evaluations and testing.
